Smear test help?

I have my first smear interview when I be 21 and found it distressing. I couldn't relax so I kept tensing my muscles which made the smear harder to execute and a bit sore. I am dreading my subsequent one, when do you ruminate it is due? Anyone know how I can receive myself relax so it won't be as difficult? And is it an out-and-out must to hold one? My boyfriend made me walk for my finishing one.

Smears are never a nice entity to own, but they are a must. I started near a extremely small abnormality within 2004. I be advise not to attain pregnant until they know what it be, but within Dec 05 I fell pregnant, when my smear be done after the babe, I inevitability a colposcopy and very soon waiting on another colposcopy because the cell hold changed again and presently I hold CIN2 which if it's one and the same this time, I will want treatment for. I am 23 and never thought this would begin, so please, please run for your smear.
