Low blood pressure during pregnancy, 88/60?

(I posted before and merely get a couple of responses, I needed to see what else I could find)

I'm basically over 10 weeks pregnant.

I've be fancy really tired and a short time reading light head for times past few days. Even when I'm not if truth be told dizzy I quality pale. It's adjectives the time, not in recent times when I stand up or move suddenly. I get the impression rather out of it sometimes. Like, for instance, I'll be listen to someone and it's firm for me to concentrate on what they're maxim.
Today while at a pharmacy waiting for assistance, I settled to rob my blood pressure on one of the blood pressure machines inside. I have be walking around the store for approximately 30 minutes prior to taking it. The first time it be 88/60. The second time I took it I be also trying to hold my 2 year infirm from grab things sour the shelves, and it come up as 93/64.
Is this produce for on the spot concern? I'm going to phone call the doctor tomorrow morning, I purely considered necessary some input. Thanks.
