I swim a lot at a public pool on a swim team. what would i do if i got my period in the pool?

i haven't started all the same... but what do you give attention to i should do if it happen?

Well I've found when I swim (while on my period) it if truth be told subsides for a time, lessen or stops for a few hours. If it starts, it won't be gushing! Actually not a soul will know. I'd suggest have a tampon on appendage so that if you requirement it you can use it. Take it out right after you finish swimming!

I don't regard women typically "start" near term within any class of river wether it's a swimming pool, shower, hot tub, anything. Most women can surface when they hold started, I guess only hang on to some tampons or pad handy contained by the locker room a short time ago surrounded by grip you have a feeling something extra drizzling between your legs.

I judge I would draw from out of the pool, but if you are surrounded by a swim troop and you swim commonly I expect you should be a tampon. Tampons are expected for sports.
