Its not freshly you, hon. Mostly adjectives women draw from cravings and put away more during their period. Its essentially fine, but I would suggest to chomp through improved because after your time you'll own gas and you'll probably find sick. So choose hearty snacks to over-eat on. Like chocolate covered strawberries and frozen fruit bar. Very yummy, sweet, and thriving. Dont listen to continue that first girl said, its not well brought-up for your robustness. Trust me :)<3
