How can you strengthen the muscle holding up a woman's breasts?

Is it better not to wear a bra so repeatedly so that they strengthen or will that only just freshly give support to gravity over time? Is nearby any exercises that a woman can do ?

Your breast tissue is over the pec muscle, the heavier your breast tissue the faster it will hang down. Support for the breast tissue is the individual point that can relief. here is no muscle holding up the breast.
