Yeah, its possible that you might have the wrong size. That or try a different style of underwear. Cotton panties are the best tho, self avoid the silk ones and such. Victoria's secret have great ones that fit nice and don't ride up and they are still sexy. lol12 and depressed just about...?
This may nouns really strange, but use a tiny bit of baby powder, or hair spray. Or in recent times buy undies that are a larger size, cuz that happens to me when im wearing undies that are too small.You may want to go up a panty size. It sounds similar to they are to small.
