How do you releive pain from working out?
I go for a time overboard yesterday on the inner thigh tool, and presently the insides of my thighs hurt approaching hell. What can I do to stop/lessen the pain

Advil will lend a hand. Drink lots of sea and intake some potasium (i.e. bananas) if working out is a constant point and soreness happen repeatedly or even once contained by awhile, its a dutiful impression to supplement beside some BCAA's+glutamine. Oh yeah and stretch until that time and after a work out.
Do you own some ibuprofen? If so, steal some of that, but if, next go and get some Advil backache nouns drug.
