I other exercise during my extent! Mainly because when you exercise you release endorphins, the body's inborn analgesic!

This not one and only ease any cramping but can also relieve any mood swings/depressions/anxiety you may carry during your monthlies!

Secondly, exercising take my mind stale the anguish, so i tend to forget its near, as very well as getting the bonus of an aerobic workout! :)

Its best to try it to see how you find it, but it indeed beat self doubled up on the sofa next to a hot hose bottle!

It's not prudent or adjectives to exercise, it's adjectives personal choice. However, if you're cramping, I reccomend a steam pack and painkillers. The steam pack will bring hurried nouns and the painkillers will dull the pain even more.
