Today, my right ovary hurt during sex. Why is this if yesterday that didn't happen?

It be tremendously humiliated and I still have a feeling a dull throb contained by my right ovary since this have occur. Your insight/advice is appreciated.

you could be ovulating. When i am ovulating my ovaries are much more sensitive and cause spasm. It could also be a cyst. I enjoy have a cyst rupture during sex (excrutiating)
