PCOS, NOT trying to conceive---info please?

Hey all----recently diagnosed near PCOS. I'm not trying to hold a kid, I'd be well to be on BC. So the infertility is NOT an issue for me right now---which seem to rule out every answer already on this board.

What I'd approaching to know is unsophisticated info for a newbie, tips and hints of things that've help you! What combos are obedient, should I ask for met, what BC did you similar to best, etc?
