ok if your playing sports as in basketball, vollyball and running track what is better to use tampons or pad..... and if you influence pad which is the best brand and if you say aloud tampons which is the best brand...... gratefulness alot

I go through this too! Go near tampons and transformation them after sports (put a wad on after sports). If you wear a wipe and sweat + time = gross, extraordinarily, unbelievably gross. Tampons are cleaner and you don't discern them when moving - however, you don't want to hang on to them surrounded by too long if not you risk Toxic Shock Syndrome (a couple hours is NO problem). I prefer slim-fit playtex and for pad I similar to the ones next to wing so within's no leak/stain. Lucky us have to operate beside this stuff huh? :) Good luck!
