I don't know if it will build your boobs bigger but it can clear you gain some counterbalance. My boobs increased a cup size when I started on the pill, but that be patently because I gain a bit of cargo. Everyone is different so you may or may not gain mass.

I guess the singular legitimate process to know is to budge on birth control if you want and see or if you don't want to gain solidity and increase your boob size, don't travel on the pill.
