I have a question about tampons. What if u have a irregular period but u are a regular swimmer?

I am going to swim on Friday the 3rd. my concluding term is july 10th. I own irregular spell cycle. Sometimes it is 28 days, sometimes 25. so what do I do? Even though I stir up on Friday and saw no blood. In the swimming pool, it may come!! What do I do to not to bring ashamed? If I put a tampon contained by b4 I move about swimming, will I go and get TSS (cuz I may hold no period)?
