im going to montana and wyoming this sunday, and im supposed to start my length that daytime.
usually this would be no problem, but just this minute my period hold be heavier than usual near doomed to failure cramps and only just enjoy be comming beside diarrhea and discouraging headaches
be going whit wet rafting and i dont use tampons and kinda embarassed to ask to use them not to worried give or take a few the headache or cramps but the diarrhea and whitewater rafting short a tampon
im going next to my DAD and BROTHER
in attendance will be no womanly going next to us so this is really bleak AND even worse be staying in a hotel next to one and only one room and bathroom
so what should i do
i wont enjoy access to imodium.. gosh this is long and im repeating myself im newly kinda stressed

And don't fret too much. I be supposed to catch my time when i go to California, and i didn't know how to use tampons any, but it didn't even show up!
