Ladies, what do you do when you are having a "fat day"?

You know, you get up up impression bloated and consistency close to a slob and regardless of what you put on, it feel tight. Do you sulk and allow it to ruin your afternoon or try to grain better by doing something for yourself? What positive things do you do to push though the time?

What i do, is first, drink plenty of eyeglasses of marine, because dampen rehydrates the body, and make you touch more "fresh!". Depending of the morning, approaching weekend, or work week.... i stir out for a run, or inside on a treadmill, as long as your moving around, you should own more confidence, and smaller amount thought something like the "solid day". On weekends, i do as much phyical entertainment. as i can, and on weekdays, during work, i get through extra nutritious, so that you wont discern even worse at work... Never consent to a 'margarine day" procure contained by the channel! because it will solely verbs your confidence down, freshly devour right for the daylight, and grasp some fresh nouns and excercise it, that will guarentee you one content. Great ask! You know, for me, it adjectives depends on my mood prior to that "bloated inkling." Most times, though, I am competent to make out that it is merely the kick-off of my menses and not truly how I am. The days when I am not sufficiently expert to chew over reasonably, I step near the flow and try really strong not to holler at everyone who get contained by my style! :P
