How does PMS sabotage weight loss efforts?

I am on a shipment loss plan and hold be losing shipment pretty steadily for the recent past two weeks. However, this departed week I hold gain 2.5lbs.(my time of year should me due contained by 1 1/2-2 weeks) I own not cheated and the singular entity I am thinking is that it may be PMS related.
