Condom question?

Im 17 and a girl and a virgin.I know the adjectives fundamentals of sex but i have some unsystematic thought question.
I know what a womanly condom is but how do u keep hold of it from falling in?Like how does it not slip down?I would envision it would enjoy to be attached to soemthing but that a short time ago seem silly so how does it stay surrounded by place?
If a condom (female or male) falls surrounded by can u obtain it out yourself?Or would u enjoy to walk to the doctor?That would be a greatly embarrising doctors drop by i see.
I saw a cross-examine on here just about someone putting a condom on backwards.I didnt know that be possible.How do u give an account if the condom is on backwards?
