Hi Tonya. My friend is a Ob/Gyn and the Sponge have be taken stale the document as important birth control. She will NEVER suggest this unless the personality requirements a kid. The successful rate is smaller number than 50% and some drug stores will NOT get them. They are messy, and you can not hold sex for 24 hours after because they must remain in place to be an impressive spermicide. ALSO the are PUSHED inappropriate if you hold live sex and you are pregnant within no time.
