Some of your symptoms nouns similar to Endometrios. Look it up and see if you clash the symptoms of it. I hold it and hold for 7 years. When I have my first ultra nouns my one ovary be larger than the other one. I have to enjoy a small surgery to find out for sure to be precise what it be. If you do own it, you might want to find someone or a support group to speech next to something like it. It can be especially firm and devestating.

How do you report to your mom when you hold your first length?

I can take to mean your concern, however an enlarged ovary (long ovary) may be lately due to ovulation. The tech who did your ultrasound is not at free will to discuss what she see on the ultrasound. The diagnosis should single be done by a qualified physician.

Urine smell?

The word "long" you saw did not hold to do beside size. It be short for "longitudinal". This is simply the plane where the ovary be one imaged. It is sort of down the ovary. You probably saw "trans" as economically. That is short for "transverse", which is gentle of resembling how yawning the structure is. We index organs (whether they be ovary, uterus, kidney, spleen etc) within two planes..longitudinal and transverse.

If you walk to the following website, scroll down to the first ultrasound depiction. It say "ovary on afternoon 6". This is a "long" display of the ovary.
