Hey Girls, anyone get biddable tips or regime for how to return with the dependable tum/abs?

Im not super slim im a size 8 and just want to get fitter, in good health and get a toned tum for holiday, any quick solutions or anything atall that works? Thankx

Answers:    Ok in that are no QUICK solutions to a nice body. Sorry, it's not going to happen. It's a all year round commitment. A forceful diet, reduce calorie intake if your trying to lose weight, and enthusiastic daily exercise. I have Pilate's, swimming and running to thank for my body. Once I get into the routine I was hooked! You'll feel better, look better and live longer, ok talk over!.
I'm sorry but I totally have to disagree with the girls comments at the top!

Doing sit ups will solely make your stomach appear toned if you are already really slim (you didn't mention if you were or not)!?

Sit ups and other abdominal exercises with the sole purpose strengthen and tone your abdominal (coincidentally ay!?). So therefore if you have a bit of extra lubricant on your stomach that you need to lose you need to do some cardio work as ably... such as running or swimming. However I personally always find gym classes to be the best for trimming up in the blink of an eye, especially ones that include both cardio and weight exercises. Such as body pump or body conditioning. .
agree with the sit-ups, but you'll enjoy to more to notice it quickly.
I can grasp a flatter stomach in a week by doing 50 in the morn and 50 at darkness. just effort though ; ) i dont know how rapid it will be but try doin 50 sit ups a day 25 in the mornin and 25 b4 u jump to bed =]
