ive other newly used a tampon. the difference is your comfort stratum. when i first started my term i didnt know something like the tampons or anything and used the wad, and it in recent times didnt cause me surface comfortable, made me get the impression self conscious and resembling i carried an odor around. near the tampon you dont perceive any of that. you should one and only wear a liner if you are really worried that you will stain your panties, approaching when you are have a weighty length. but if you use the right tampons during your cycle you should be fine (ie starchy, reg. wishy-washy, etc)
