for cup sizing: bend down in front of a mirror while wearing a bra (so you're looking through the "valley" of your "mountains") if you cann see inside the bra and can see your nipples next it's too big...if it's snug and even when you bend down you can't see anything (and it fits kinda snug) afterwards it fits
