I know this will nouns resembling a desperate sex-ed nurse speech, but here go. I know its an intimidating time in your enthusiasm where on earth you will experience change etc etc blah blah... :) ...however despite how terrifying it seem its not in fact that impossible, you are (sorry if i kind you touch too young/immature) solitary 11, these change usually do bear their time...and period you grasp used to its simply something you will swot up to adjust to, everyone is different and own their own preferences, processes etc. There is also plenty of guidance available, I found through my untimely puberty stages that my mom be a god transport...even if it be a touch embarrasing. The most high-status entity to remember is that you are most definetly not alone...

By the approach, I don't reckon you're doctor will be too intimidating, I'm a nursing student @ uni and I've found that most doctros are comparatively hospitable and reading. Only discuss what you be aware of comfortable discussing and ask question throughout the total process so you know you're contained by the loop.

My daughter is 12 and she only get her interval. Talk to your mom. Mood swings and cramps don't transpire to everyone, but don't agree to that become an excuse. Remember, it does crop up to every girl so don't stress to much in the order of it. :)

you'll seize it wen you'll seize it. WHEN?..who know becuz its different for every girl.But i hear that girls acquire in attendance time around duplicate age as in that mom have get it but i dont kno if thats true
