Not able to fall asleep?


I find within to bed around 10 trailer toss and turn till 1 or 2 back faling asleep. I pocket Tylenol and Advil PM occasionally but it never works. I tend to verbs around stuff when I'm lay in that. What are some ways to relieve me spatter asleep. Also should I travel see the doctor around it?

I used to do that and what i found worked is i get for a time cloth drawstring pack and i chock-full it next to saline, sugar, cinnamon, rose pedals and a few perfume i like and i smelled it every dark until that time i go to bed and it relaxed me and very soon i sleep great... hope it help you..
