Calculating my period?

okay i enjoy a vastly regular spell i've never skipped a month and useually i gain my time 30 days from the first day of my ending term the month in the past , but this month my time come a week and a partially behind schedule so i don't know when to start counting ,do i count from the time i be suppose to enjoy my term which be july 9th or the daylight i get my spell which be july 18th, i'm not sure and i really wanna know when i'm gettin my time for august ?

Use a bit calender to keep hold of track count the time you first start to flow dupe it and count 28 to 30 days to the subsequent month. After your interval you hold 5 days to enjoy not dangerous sex next to out getting pregnant. this have work for me for years.
