Body Fat Question?


I am 5ft 5, a small size 10 and weigh 9st 12. I do alot of exercise and hold other required to bring back to 9st. I train alot and my trainers own other told me to forget the scales because it is muscle. I get my body large tested on Saturday (with the pinchers and with the vibe thing) and it come out 19% on the pinchers and 20% on the tool. Does this aim I am unlikley to bring back lower on the scales as I don't enjoy much margarine to lose?

19 or 20% body portly is a to some extent low percentage for a woman. I would right to be heard that you would be hard-pressed to lose any more body lubricant and still be on top form and still be capable of menstruate regularly.

if you want to be see-through you own to drink breakfast and lunch ,dont get through dinner and dont get through alot surrounded by breahfast and lunch
and dont put away brunsh ( the food between brek.. and lun...) .
dont guzzle alot of sweets.
