Measure around your chest underneath your breasts. Add four if its an even number, five if its an weird and wonderful number. That is your trimming size.

Measure around your chest across your breasts at the nipples and the widest fragment of your breasts. Subtract tie size from this width.

A 1" difference is an A, 2" is a B, 3" is a C.

OR travel receive professionally sized at Nordstroms Sears or JCPenney. NOT victoria classified as they size incorrectly.

Also nick register that bras are not standardized near sizing. You may be a 34A in one bra, and a 34B in another.

How tight is too tight when wearing bras?

step 1 - test underneath your breast (say its 30)

step 2 - estimate the fullest constituent of your breast, probably around the nipple (say thats 32)

step 3 - subtract your first number from your second number (32-30=2)

1=a
2=b
3=c ect..

your answer from step 1 is the major number (30)
and your message is the answer from step 3 (b)

so your bra size would be 30 b
