How long after pregnancy does it take for your ligaments to go back to normal?

I know that they obtain softened within pregnancy. Iv purely returned to work and i am doing big lifting. I have the little one 7 months ago.

Your ligaments will return to typical one year after you have the little one.If your doing brawny lifting I would recomend you use a belt for lifting.If you have a cesarian you should not be lifting at adjectives.sorry.
