Bigger boobs?
Im 14 and im pretty much flat. I get made fun of at arts school and everyone in our academy is pretty much russian and theyre all approaching sizes Cs. I am really athletic and i eat super nourishing. I do gymnastics, cheerleading, poms, and dance. Are in attendance any foods or any excersize i could do to get them to grow?

Flatness is not a bleak thing--trust me. I also do gymnastics and having size C's bouncing around is not a suitable feeling--it actually hurts. Also, once you quit gymnastics, your boobs will probably grow bigger, but it mostly depends on your inheritance and stuff too--don't just look to your mom tho (my mom is small but I have some large aunts).
Anyone who make fun of you is most likely jealous--I know I would resembling to be a little smaller some days...in that are pros and cons to every body type. Just be happy beside who you are and remember that "perfect" comes in heaps shapes and forms, because everyone has a different assessment about it. :)
If you really want bigger boobs, you should stop all exercise, and start intake a lot of disagreeable food, because becoming fat will present you big boobs.lol. :)
OMG, Me to! I'm 14 i do heaps of exercise - every day, and i am really fit, and i have tiny boobs. They are size 10a, haha. Well i enjoy no idea on how to brand name them grow unless you have surgery. You could also guzzle more which will make them grow but it will also masculine your whole body grow to, which would suck! I truly like anyone sorta flat coz if they are to big they get contained by they way. And when you run your boobs will bounce up and down heaps. You should be proud of what you hold got! I am!
