okay capably i a short time ago started my time of year but not for the first time.and i hold enjoy volleyball tryouts on tuesday wensday and thursday.should i use a tampon casue i want to be comfotable and not verbs but approaching when im hitting and sereving will it come out?

Yeah, it's definetley more comfortable than a wipe. I reccomend Playtex Sport within great! Using a tampon for the first time can be features of confusing so I also reccomend going to beinggirl.com for great tips and info on tampons and your time. Good luck girly!
