The dianette pill?

I've be have severe cramps beside my spell lately along near suffering from mild acne and my doctor have prescribed me the pill 'Dianette' which also act as a contraceptive. However I enjoy looked it up and in attendance come across to be ALOT of fairly disastrous side effects. I be wondering if anyone here have used it and whether they found any problems beside it or not?

I be on Dianette for years. It is a vey outdated type of contraceptive pill. I never have any problems or bleak side effects from it.
