Ovulation & period pain?

for the second few months i own be getting longer ovulation and length torment both continuing around 2 weeks respectively, my cycle is irregular and i no sooner bring rid of ovulation throbbing and my time distress starts. I go on the pill contained by september next sort of stopped and started it for a few weeks afterwards go sour it for perfect. I know this mucked up my system but should it still be so mucked up 4 months following and is it conventional for the twinge to final so long. I own have an ultrasound contained by october and everything be average but these long durable pains still verbs me. Any hints as to what could be going on.

It might be PMS so check on these sites and later opt if its time to progress to your gynecologist and post some serious question not newly have an ultrasound:
