Has another person ever tried to sabotage your diet?

I work beside a female who I swear is trying her best to prevent me from loosing wieght. I'm so frustrated.

Yes, my own mother tries to ruin any attempts i fashion at a diet. She is cloying and i ponder she requests me to be stout too. I am trying to lose newborn counterbalance, and she is other bringing over sweet crap and sayin "oh it is thorny to lose newborn weight"

How do you know if our popped?

yes- my husband. He'll sit contained by front of the tv and say- oooh Olive Garden, McDonalds, or look at the unsullied crispy chicken sandwich at Wendy's. It severely difficult, and for that use I blame my existing freight on him. :)

A bit embarresing to ask..?

My ex husband used to "suddenly" be in the mood for doughnuts (a impediment of mine) whenever I would start to be successful on a diet, and would bring home a dozen.

Finally, I pointed this out to him. He really didn't know he be doing it, and once I pointed it out, never did it again.
