Wats wrong, i took a pregnancy test and it was negative , but i havent been feeling well in my stomach area?

iv be cramping lataly this month but near no blood all the same iv also feel sorey on the sides of my stomach contained by 1 spot i still own hurting breast and smelly discharge, not as doomed to failure anymore, i also be on depo for a year and get bad final year surrounded by september which be my ultimate shot i have continued to bleed for 3 months near no cramping or nothin, but when november come i started to draw from pregnancy symptoms my mom took me to the doctor december forth and the female give me a pep oral exam when she pressed down on my stomach i get up physical slow and thats the first time i started to cramp TRUE impossible i be still bleed from beforehand but it feel heavier, she give me estrogen pills that morning to appropriate for 2 weeks so i did consequently my term stopped after it stopped i started to discharge pale brown beside a smell to it , at this point my breast still verbs to hurt after two weeks i pms near cramps for 4 afternoon wih cramps afterwards discharge beside smell afterwards a week latter pms again for 4 days wit cramps, my breast hurt even more
