I am on my period and I am extremly dizzy and feel approaching im going to throw up. I do feel light head. And I am cramping. Is there any way to return with rid of this. I have been lay down and it gets worse please help!! Oh and i am bleeding greatly.

Answers:    Eat something and rest. Short of that, it sounds like you are probably anemic (meaning that you have an iron not as much as...) which becomes especially problematic during your period. Talk to your doctor. S/he will probably put you on iron pills..
