ok in general i stay on my spell for five days. second month i be on for with the sole purpose 3 days which have happen up to that time but not seriously or vertebrae to put money on. so this i month started on the 16 and later hours of darkness i realize i be bout to be bad which make it lone 2 days.im not takin any pills. is this ok or what?
