Tender Breasts?

I own an IUD ( 6 years now) during the final year, I acquire my spell , it last for just about 5 days consequently, on the 19th or so morning from the first hours of daylight of end time of year I spot for 5 more days,, next on the 31st sunshine from the first morning of my second spell , I take my term again... seem approaching i enjoy it adjectives the time.. when I receive the spotting , mid cycle, I experience tender /swollen breasts etc... what is going on? is this the start of menopause? i be concerned of cancer or something , but the tender breasts head me to believe it is a hormonal problem.... any planning?? I am 42

hello, I'm 31 & I hold a similar problem. I also found a small lump within my not here breast a few months ago- I go surrounded by & the dr's have me do a sonagram of my breast along near a mammogram, I found out that it be not cancerous but within certainty that it be a fibrous growth & that I basicly suffer from "lumpy boob" syndrome- from what I've read, plentifully of women acquire tender breast during menses. I don't know a integral lot just about menopause, I thought I be going thru rash menopause tho 3 years ago when I hadn't had my period within over 2 years. Stress can explanation hormonal problems & can throw everything out of whack- and also ovarian cysts (non cancerous) can do spotting, it's what happen during that time when the pool liner of the uterus sheds.
