Cramps & lacrosse practice?
okay so since i started my period today (not for the first time) i am have bad cramps. tomorrow i hold lacrosse practice RIGHT after school and we do so much running and drills and stuff. i can't pilfer any IBprofen or anything cuz its at school and to enjoy them in my pouch or in my coup?? is grounds for suspension. should i just not travel? do you think the coach would be wacky if i just blew it sour. i would feel embarassed unfolding him i have my time and cramps so i can't go. oh an excercise does NOT give a hand my cramps.
Answers: just put cart the ibuprofen to school and ask your mother to right a document saying it is okay for you to hold ibuprofen at school you own bad cramps etc, later date it and have it signed.
that route if you do get caught you can show the teacher the note.
i importantly doubt you will get caught as long as you are smart more or less it
in other words whip the pills in the bathroom or within your car.

Go to practice tomorrow and see if you can just sit and monitor the team practice because your have lady problems. He'll realize and will let you sit out. Or of late straight up tell him I enjoy really bad woman cramps and can't participate within practice today. And if he doesn't listen and just make fun of you or something like that, he's not a honest coach and you should then carry your mom involved.
you could always jump to the nurse right at the end of the day/during the light of day and say you own a headache or tell them that you own cramps due to your period...
