Hold your breath during the entire pregnancy.Ok, good one- maybe if you used that stretch mark cream DURING the pregnancy? And also, if you tried to stay in shape during the pregnancy.
What are some things that help people have bowel movements?
Bio Oil is a new product which is supposed to work.Do I need to see a doctor about this discharge?
I heard it was hereditary, don't know if is true. I didn't get any w/ my first child but I did w/ my second. W/ both pregnancies I put cocoa butter every morning and night. It maybe fade them a little but they are still there. Exercise after your dr tell you is ok is very good for you, but I think in my opinion if u are going to get them you are and if you do they don't go away unless you get a tummy tuck.after your pregnacy, apply shea butter (religiously) on your tummy area to keep it moist and supple.this will prevent stretch marks.i think.hope it works.
Is there birth control that wont make me get fat?
soon as you know you are pregnant warm some olive oil, just let it stand in bottle in front of fire for a couple of minutes, apply to stomach, thighs and bottom area with cotton wool every night. i did this, i dont have one stretch mark. my mum told me to do it, she had 4 children and doesnt have any stretch marks. it works.hope it does for you x
after taking a shower my wife puts on Palmers stretch mark cream and vaseline all over her stomach and it is working real good because she doesnt have any.
put moisturiser on every day and nite i jst wish i done it i have got loads on my tummy after my first baby.
Cocoa butter and vitamin E are usually the most helpful. I would ask your doctor first about the Vit E though to make sure that it is completely safe. About 200 IU a day should be plenty, but please consult your doctor first.
LOts of cocoa butter..not the lotion the thick butter. When I found out i was preg I started right away. Alot of girls wait till they are big to use butter...I started from the beginnig it gets the skin ready to stretch..remember rubb it all over your stomach including the sides(love handle area) you outer thighs and butt. I have NO stretch marks on my stomach but I didn't do the latter and i got some on my thighs and butt area
A Vitamin E rub seriously helps against scarring. Cocoa butter is the pretty common variety of creams you can get that contain it.
You need to apply it regularly to ensure your skin keeps it's elasticity.
You'll probably need to tone your skin up again afterwards as well.
What is the 'G'-spot in woman?
use any brand of lotions, day by day dUring ur pregnancy, and for a while after deliveryThere are several porducts that claim to prevent and even treat stretch marks, although more of these reports are unproven. The reason some women do not get stretch marks is because of their genes. The appearance and severity of stretch marks depends on the elasticity of your skin which is directly correlated to how much of a heredity hormone you have inherited from your parents. If you wish to try a product, use one that boasts better elasticity. Furthermore pertaining to famous ladies, are you referring to celebrities. If you are surely you are aware that the pictures you see of post natal celebrities in magazines have been airbrushed to minimize imperfections. Unfortunately, for those of us who dont airbrush our photos, the hidden flaw doesn't stay hidden for long. Hope this helps.
Yellow discharge - women only please?
there are sooooo much pregnancy creams on the market!! just visit the local pharmacytry not to put on unnecessary weight, thats the big thing. just because your pregnant you dont need to put on 50 + pounds. try to limit the pounds. stretch marks also depend on the elasticity of your skin.. does your mom or any sisters have stretch marks, that could be a clue to if you may get them. try to keep the skin supple, theres that cocoa butter from palmers that your supposed to be able to use to prevent them. i dont know whether or not it works. i didnt get any when i was pregnant the first time, but after i gave birth and my tummy went back, i got some on the sided above my hips, and i wanted to cry but they went away. if you get scars or bad marks, they have that mederma cream for scars its supposed to work to reduce the marks. just keep in shape if possible and limit the weight gain and try some lotion. the celebrities have help from trainers and most of them get lipo if they have a c-section. so dont go by what they do, theyre not normal. good luck.
Water weight pills to lose weight from the depo?
I used wheatgerm oil recommended by something that I read at the time. I am sure that the oil absorbs into the skin more effectively than creams and lotions. I rubbed this on my tummy every day before the birth of my child. I do not have any stretch marks.I'm using palmers cocoa butter for prevention of stretch marks and also using bio oil too. Using the cocoa butter in the morning and bio oil at night... nearly 5months and not a single stretch mark yet!!
Does sleeping with a bra do something to your boobs?
Lush do a great massage bar called Therapy that can prevent stretch marks. It has lots of cocoa butter in it but also has lavendar and neroli oils which when used together help the elasticity of the skin, plus you can use it on your bump all the way through your pregnancy as it is all natural with no chemicals.I used to work in a Lush and my manager was pregnant and she used this everyday and after she had the baby she didn't have a mark!

hi i have one child and during my pregnancy my husband used to rub 'Avent Moisturising Light Oil' on my stomach every other night. I swear by the stuff i have recommended it to friends and it seems to have worked for them too. You can buy it on-line of from mothercare or some good chemists, it smells lovely and it does not leave your skin feeling oily. Give it a go i am sure you Will find it works. It costs about ten pounds a bottle and it comes in a spray.Smoking whilst on the pill, any affects?
Well! Some people are extremely lucky and don't get any stretchmarks throughtout pregnancy at all........and then there are some people who look like a road map when pregnancy has ended. It is really down to your skin elasticity coupled with texture of skin etc. If your mother didn't get stretch marks, it doesn't necessarily mean that you won't also get them, it really is the luck of the draw I'm afraid.I don't think there is one product on the market to stop stretch marks, no amount of creams and potions can stop your skin from stretching because your skin actually tears and scars from under the skin layers. The only way to make them less noticeable is surgery I'm afraid and that is quite drastic and then that doesn't completely eradicate them even though they are less noticeable.
Which brings me onto my next thought.............how the hell do some of our well known celebrities avoid stretch marks?? I saw a picture of Nell McAndrew recently and she had a washboard stomach which bordered on a six pack AND she was frolicking with her baby who was just months old. She is one lucky lady BUT it's these kind of celebrities who are in the limelight, have jobs where they wear the most skimpiest clothes and still manage to look flawless!!
I think a lot has to be said for airbrushing, it is practised in almost every magazine and they can hide every flaw you have and even make you look slim.
Now as for your final question about famous ladies with flat, unmarked tummies, well, I think that's pretty straighforward. They book their cesarian and the reason I think they do this is because at the same time, they are also booking the surgeon to perform their tummy tucks. The surgeon doesn't have to make an incision because it's already there and presto, two birds killed with one stone so to speak. Think about it......most women would choose a natural birth rather than a cesarian - I know I would - because you recover more quickly from natural birth than you do a cesarian AND cesarians are pretty painful when recovering from them.
There was a quote I'm sure you heard which was 'too posh to push' which had nothing to do with its description, I think it has to do with convenience and being vein (and also booking the surgeon).
Well there you have it, I don't work in the celebrity industry, I don't have the exact answers but I think that's pretty close to the truth. Hope this helps, let me know what you think
yes a friend of mine is pregnant and started getting stretch marks on her stomach - she swears by 'Clarin tonic body treatment oil' it's around £20 but lasts as you only need a little bit.
I used it on my thighs and it reduced it by far.
Hope this helps

Heres a good article i found http://siteFwd.com/WZT talks about stretch mark removal and the best treatments for an easy cure hope it helps! Is there a possibility that sex can weaken our urinary sphincter?
i bathed in baby oil from the start have had two children and have no stretch marks at all .also what watch what you eat i was back in a size 8 with in days of giving birthI believe women who take part in vigorous exercise before pregnancy so they have good muscle tone fare much better. It is also important to then continue to take some exercise in pregnancy. Unfortunately I am not aware that anyone is clear how much is desirable or safe. One of my body-pump trainers continued to teach us well into her 2nd trimester! Though I think this is rare. She certainly returned soon after her baby was born without a mark on her tum!
Excess weight gain will certainly add to the problem.Otherwise I can only suggest frequent moisturisers. I am not aware that there is much evidence that any of the specific and often expensive stretch mark creams are any better.
