I dislike pad. It's gross to grain it against your body. I prefer tampons and if needed (usually the first daylight is heavier and seem to completely by-pass the tampon) I will us a exceedingly watered-down panty liner along next to the tampon.

I have a hystectomy, so immediately i dont own to verbs bout them anymore... its great, but im 35 going through the fine-tuning of life-hot flashes, moodyness-i dont filch hormones, they donate you breast cancer, so what do you do... Neither...I use a menstrual cup. It's reusable, doesn't overrun, and doesn't enjoy to be changed as regularly as a tampon (some women can move about as long as 12 hours!). Oh, and it's secure to use it even when you're not on your length (I be set to when you're expecting it, but it hasn't come only just yet).
