Is hollandaise sauce always made with raw eggs?

I love eggs benedict beside hollandaise sauce, but I'm currently pregnant so coarse eggs is a big NO, NO for me. There is this restaurant that serves the hollandaise sauce thaw out so I assume that the eggs are not untreated , but I'm not sure. Therefore, I be wondering if ALL hollandaise sauce are made next to unprepared eggs or do some chefs in fact cook them. If they are cooked, within premise it is not dangerous for me to guzzle, right?
