I hold be sick for going on for 3 weeks - I am better in a minute - but my mom have be surrounded by the hospital the final 2 weeks and i am lower than greatly of stress -- but it only just seem approaching for the longest time i only surface SO tired adjectives the time and freshly workshy and unmotivated. I still win done what i call for to but i quality so sluggish - I stopped ingestion meat 1/1/07 - so I don`t know my body is still adjust - but if anyone have direction that would be great!

Well stress can definitly build you touch tired. Get plenty of rest. With that mortal said try some multi vitamins, adding together vitamin B-12. B-12 is great for sparkle. Since you hold taken meat out of your diet, try getting a different sort of protein in your diet. Protein impart you vim as in good health.

Just label sure you are intake economically, getting rest, exercise and your proper vitamins.

stress make you more sour and weaken your immune system so if stress is your problem ....look into calcium, garlic, and simple self help resembling deap breathing, relaxation excerices, and getting plenty of rest. Journal your ambience or do something to return with them out. Get plenty of B vitamins and iron. Drink plenty of marine!!
