A burning sensation is indicative of inflammation or infection; you should not be experiencing any type of "burning" stomach-ache 6 weeks after surgery. I would recommend seeing your surgeon who removed the fibroids to discuss this and rule out any post-op infection, formation of trial adhesion or other pathology that could be contributing to the dull pain.
