Watch your salt intake. I would also suggest, exercising. Even walking a mile or two 3 or 4 days a week. If the problem is so severe, consult your gynecologist. Alot of times tho, shifting your eating traditions and decreasing the salt intake and uping the exercising voice the walking 3 or 4 days a week could give you nouns. Never take a dampen retention pill without consulting your physician or gynecologist first. You could do more impair then honourable.

That is newly a part our menstral cycle. It is incredibly normal to go and get bloated or even experience nausea two weeks prior the menstration. Like the person said above, lug midol or pamprine. But usually, only time can relieve this minor inconvience. Just slice of being a woman----blame Eve!
