get my period. i can share because ive got cramps. we r going to the shoreline and i dont know what to do. i cant have fun because i achieve rly bad cramps sometimes and ive never swam during my spell. i use tampons all the time but i wont know how to get surrounded by the ocean because ive other heard a shark will chomp through you...it can smell the blood or something even if u have a tampon within? if anyone can make me surface better im just disturbed and i hate my term its gonna ruin my vacation!

Oh, don't verbs about the sharks, here is no way any is gonna get through you just because you get your period. It's merely a myth. Use tampons and get some fitting pain killer (ibuprofen works great for me and other millions of women!)

well i hold the same problem, tomorrow im going to military camp and we go swimming a great deal but im just going to lay out in the sun and right to be heard i just dont grain like swimming or something but i chew over it would be fine if u told your dad because i mean guys know going on for that too.. just dont communicate your brother haha he might make fun of you! i hope everything works out
