My doctor has given me antibiotics for a chest infection. I know the antibiotics stop out the contraceptive feature of The Pill but I am on it for sensitive periods and this is one long course af antibotics I own to take. Is within ANY point in me taking my pill whilst I am taking the antibiotics too?

The effect on the pill in being on antibiotics is a awfully minor drop in contraceptive cover. If you are using the pill for other reasons it will still work well for this.

Taking any antibiotics whilst on the pill will cancel it out, but would proberly net you pregnant rather than brand your periods more throbbing. If you stop the pill for a while you'll have to carry back into the routine. it's best to stay as you are, but if you're really unsure speak to you doctor.

If you are taking the pill specifically for your painful period, then convey on taking it, if it's just for contraception, later stop but make sure you use another form of contraception within the meantime.
