My mom have this, finally she had a hysterectomy after an unsuccessful ovarectomy. She have complications from way in the past though. You should be fine its really not a big deal. I've truly heard that its kinda resembling a puss ball. I would basically follow up with a doctor.
As for meds, Tylenol, Motrin or you can hold your doctor prescribe something for you.

I have a cyst on my overys too...and was within pain adjectives the time...I went to carry a CT scan and found out i had 30 cyst...that rainge from walnut to softball size...really painful.not a soul knows why...but that be 3 years ago.I had to enjoy one ovary removed,and i also had Endometriosis,approaching some one opened me up and pored gum inside...so all my organs have to be moved,and scraped apart....so...now i quality a nother cyst growing inside...you can feel them move around approaching a baby.guess this is a ongoing point.until a HYSTO.wish me luck..after a while.asprin in recent times dont do it...youll be on pain pills too...
