15 y/o, burning bright red nipples since yesterday. Causes?

I have a awfully intense burning in my nipples since yesterday; it is possible that clothing or lake sea that I was swimming in irritated them, but even after bathing they verbs to burn very scantily. They are bright red while the aereolas are the normal color. This is both scratchy and a little frightening; Any suggestion as to how to heal or what could be cause it?

The first time I go swimming in man-made waters, IE - a lake, the SAME entry happened to me. It be just a skin irritation to something, an animal or plant, that be in the hose down. On top of that, I stayed in my raining clothes too long. My mom took me to urgent care and they told my mom to pick up some Bendryl cream at the store and if the problem persist for 3 days, then come rear legs.

It went away within like 1 light of day or so. The same thing happen to my younger sisters when they went to different lake. It's our "skin-type" I assume. Benedryl comes in a spray form now.
