you take bad everything from the waist down whilst the doctor isnt there, and bring up on the table with a blanket covering you, consequently she walks put money on in..you tale down on your back and she lift up the blanket to your waist and you put your feet up close to your bum and spead your legs. she usally warms up her tool(spectrum) and have gloves on with a bit of vaseline on her fingers afterwards she tells you to relax and get the spectrum to open your "lips" up but it dosent hurt and after she has a long piece like a cotton bud and odds and ends a bit of your cervix.
dont worry it doesnt hurt it merely feels for a time uncomfortable. sometimes she have a look around on the outside for stuff like wart or sores aswell
