hi, I hold this problem too, and its totally normal.your hormones are simply acting out. Let me tell you something that help me, i turn on the AC (give it some time and you'll cool down). I also go cruising around next to the windows down, experiment beside different things...it will happen recurrently so find something that works for you
Yeh my tolerance of heat drops during time and I usually don't mind summer but when have extent I feel much hotter
Very much so, during my time of the month, I cook! I lie surrounded by bed with the covers rotten, and only minimal pyjamas, and i sweat, my partner is adjectives snuggled up in the blankets, saw its cold!

no i usually never find hot unless it is scorching out sideand im out there beacause my mom keep the airconditioner on high adjectives the time, but no period doesnt affect how hot i get
